Applying to our school is simple and straightforward. First, we will schedule an interview with our Director for the parent(s) and child. Once your child is accepted, please submit the completed application forms (signed and dated) along with the non-refundable application fee of $235.00.
A completed Medical Form must be submitted before your child is admitted to the classroom. Our school participates in the CACFP Programs, providing three healthy meals each day—breakfast, lunch, and an afternoon snack.
Once enrolled, your child is expected to attend all scheduled sessions, and all absences must be properly accounted for.
New & prospective families are encouraged to join us for a personal tour of our facility. Please call the school to set up an appointment with the Director.

Registration Fees
Summer Commitment Fee: $285.00 – $185.00 is non-refundable. $100.00 will be applied to the first week of summer school.
Fall Registration Fee (non-refundable): $235.00
Tuition Rules
Tuition payments are due the first day of every month beginning in August and can be paid in
the office. A grace period of five days (5) will be extended. Any payment received after the sixth
day of the month will incur a late fee of ten percent (10%). No exceptions. Students may not be
admitted to the classroom if balances remain outstanding.
Preschool Tuition
Tuition: Regular Day – $635.00/month (7:30 am – 3:00 pm)
Tuition: Extended Day – $680.00/month (7:30 am – 5:00 pm)
Elementary School Tuition
Tuition: Regular Day – $580.00/month (7:30 am – 3:00 pm)
Tuition: Extended Day – $625.00/month (7:30 am – 5:00 pm)
Meal Program: $5.00 per day – breakfast, lunch & afternoon snack, or the option of parents providing lunch.
Late Pick Up (All Schools)
3:30 – 5:00 PM - $40.00 for every half hour or part thereof
After 5:00 PM - $50.00 for every half hour or part thereof
Summer Tuition
Summer – $250.00/week (Hours – 8:00 am – 5:00 pm)
Dishonored Checks (All Schools)
A $30 fee is charged to the student for any dishonored check paid toward the student’s account
(insufficient funds or stop payment). The amount of the original dishonored check plus the
$30 fee becomes a financial obligation of the student to COFCS.
