City of Faith Christian School offers a challenging, academically rigorous education within the framework of Christian values and principles. A wide variety of learning experiences are provided for students through excellent textbooks and instructional materials which are utilized by our outstanding faculty to meet the varied learning styles and academic needs of students.
The curriculum highlights a Christian worldview and encourages students to cultivate strong moral principles and personal ethical standards, while developing their individual relationships with Christ.
It is recognized that Christian publishers provide a distinctive Christian perspective especially needed in the social and physical science areas that have been so strongly influenced by the humanistic philosophy. Christian publishers provide an emphasis on Christian values and thinking Christianity. While all curriculum closely follows the philosophy of the City of Faith Christian School, we incorporate materials from both Christian and secular publishers.
On the other hand, secular publishers often provide excellent teacher helps for skills building. Here at this school, we believe in teaching the ‘whole man.’ Hence, we use a number of extensions to enrich our curriculum. We are always cognizant of norms and trends in society.
