Admissions Procedure

Applying to our school is easy. First, submit a completed application form with the non-refundable application fee of one hundred and fifty dollars ($150.00). Once these have been received, an interview with our Director will be scheduled for the parent(s) and child.

Once accepted, you will need to submit a completed Medical Form before the child is admitted to the classroom. Our school participates in the CACFP and National School Lunch Programs which provide three healthy meals to our students each day – breakfast, lunch and an afternoon snack.

Once enrolled, the child is expected to be in school for all sessions. All absences must be accounted for.


Visits & Tours

New & prospective families are encouraged to join us for a personal tour of our facility. Please call the school to set up an appointment with the Director.

Tuition and School Fees

Registration Fees

Summer Commitment Fee: $235.00 – $135.00 is non-refundable. $100.00 will be applied to the first week of summer school.

Fall Registration Fee (non-refundable): $185.00


Tuition Rules

Tuition payments are due the first day of every month beginning in August and can be paid in

the office. A grace period of five days (5) will be extended. Any payment received after the sixth

day of the month will incur a late fee of ten percent (10%). No exceptions. Students may not be

admitted to the classroom if balances remain outstanding.


Preschool Tuition

Tuition: Regular Day – $585.00/month (7:30 am – 3:00 pm)

Tuition: Extended Day  – $630.00/month (7:30 am – 5:00 pm)


Elementary School Tuition

Tuition: Regular Day – $530.00/month (7:30 am – 3:00 pm)

Tuition: Extended Day – $575.00/month (7:30 am – 5:00 pm)


Meal Program: $3.00 per day – breakfast, lunch & afternoon snack or the option of parents providing lunch. 


Late Pick Up  (All Schools)

3:30 – 5:00 PM - $40.00 for every half hour or part thereof

After 5:00 PM  - $50.00 for every half hour or part thereof


Summer Tuition

Summer – $200.00/week (Hours – 8:00am – 5:00pm)


Dishonored Checks (All Schools)

A $30 fee is charged to the student for any dishonored check paid toward the student’s account

(insufficient funds or stop payment). The amount of the original dishonored check plus the

$30 fee becomes a financial obligation of the student to COFCS.

School T-Shirt and Sweatshirt

School t-shirts and sweatshirts are required for field trips and may be purchased at the school’s office and the costs are as follows:

T-Shirts (all sizes) – $15.00

Sweatshirts (all sizes) – $25.00
